Lindah helps independent hotels and hotel groups gain a competitive advantage, grow and improve their business, and build strong relationships with their guests. She is currently tasked with the use of analytics and performance data to help those in the hotel industry predict their customers’ behavior. She is also responsible for formal and informal Revenue Management training of the hotel team to create a true Revenue Management culture.
