Faith Kagai Joined HotelOnline in 2017 as a Reservation Agent. She was promoted to Head of Customer Service due to excellent performance and a demonstrated ability to grow. She is very passionate about customer satisfaction.
Faith's invaluable experience in the Hospitality and Call Centre Industry spans 9+ years during which she received several promotions for excellent performance. She worked with Horizon Contact Centre under the departments of YU Mobile Kenya, Airtel Money Kenya, and SamaSource DC Kenya.
She holds a certificate in Business Processing and Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Essentials. She is currently pursuing a degree in Journalism at Zetech University.
Away from work, Faith is The Enthusiast or Adventurer in The Enneagram. She has traveled to Uganda and hopes to visit other countries in future.
