Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Tourism Management from Moi University.

She joined HotelOnline in 2017 as a Reservations Agent and moved to the Finance Department as Accounts Assistance in 2018, Property Onboarding Executive in 2020, and is currently a Revenue Manager from June 2022.

Prior to joining our team, Joy interned at Sentrim 680 hotel as a Finance Auditor, at Parklands Sports club as a Sales and Marketing Agent, at Kenya Wildlife Service as a Tour guide in the Education Department, and at Tribe Hotel.

She is fluent in English and Swahili and is conversant in French.
