Hellen Otieno

Hellen has a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Moi University and experience in client relations and customer service.
 
She has been involved in the tours and travel sector since 2015. She has worked with multiple travel agencies concentrating in The East African markets. She was a Travel Consultant for corporate and leisure clients mostly traveling to East Africa before joining HotelOnline. Through this experience, she learned how to effectively handle demanding travel arrangements to East Africa.
 
As a customer experience associate at HotelOnline Hellen addresses the issues of the customers and provides them with relevant solutions other roles include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
