Arafat Iha is a highly organized, dedicated, and diplomatic Human Resources Officer, with a proven ability to improve working environments and a commitment to employee welfare.

He has been working in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry since 2017 and has a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Technical University of Mombasa. He has experience in Housekeeping and a polished demeanor of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Clerk with Kenya Safari Lodges & Hotels Ltd. He joined HotelOnline in 2022 as a Customer Service Executive and is already very passionate about Customer Service and its environment.

Arafat enjoys traveling and has been to Belgium, Tanzania, and Somalia hoping to visit many more countries both in Africa and the other continents. Through hard work and excellent performance, Arafat hopes to secure a position as a Junior Human Resources Manager and grow his career with the ultimate goal of making HotelOnline meet its mission and vision of being the #1 Revenue Partner for Hotels in Africa.
